EPC is a Champagne Brand founded in 2019 as a start up model. 4 years later, EPC is one of the most successful brand launch in wines and champagnes history. EPC has reinvented the Champagne value chain and is innovative in all steps. EPC makes the consumer travel all over Champagne terroirs with 9 cuvées representing each of them an identified terroir. EPC co-create specific cuvée, in hand in hand collaboration between its cellar master and winegrowers. EPC gives to the consumer a strong transparency in the wines traceability, all cuvées are extra-brut and with low additives.Close your eyes and feel the intense freshness glide over your mouth and gradually land in your throat. You have tasted the perfect balance of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
Description
Immediate and lively on the nose, effervescing with lemon and yellow apple aromas. On the palate, a delicate toasted note adds complexity to the well-balanced structure.
EPC (short for EPiCurean) Champagne was established in 2019 by three friends, Jérôme Queige, Camille Gilardi and Édouard Roy. With a penchant for the epicurean lifestyle, this dynamic trio are committed to shaking up the traditional structure of the Champagne region. Working with select grower partners, each cuvée in the EPC range represents a specific terroir with intention to take you on a journey through Champagne and highlight the diversity of the region. Cellar master, Richard Dailly works closely with EPC-s grower partners, (all of whom either practice sustainable viticulture or are transitioning to organic or biodynamic viticulture) to co-create the wines from start to finish.
