The Bernard Remy vineyard is situated in the small town of Allemant, nestled on the edge of the Côte des Blancs, famous for its white grape vineyards. The vines in this family-run Champagne House cover 11 hectares located throughout the Champagne region. They have a vast range of crus, terroirs and grape varieties, from which they produce fine, elegant and subtle Champagnes. That is what this award-winning Rose Champagne is, made with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes.
Tasting Notes: The seductive raspberry nuances of the colour are enticing and lead to fine, fruity aromatics with a round, delicious palate. It flourishes with intense notes of red fruits.

Chateau Aspras, Tomares Ballus, Côtes de Provence 2023
Domaine Aspras, situated near Correns in the heart of Provence, is owned by Michael Latz and run today by his three sons Raphael, Alexandre and Sébastien. The vineyard has been certified organic since 1996, now using biodynamic practices under the guidance of vineyard manager Robert Nourrisson, ex of neighbouring Ch. Miraval. Their compost is made from their own cattle and sheep manure, some plots are ploughed by horse and sheep keep down the weeds amongst the vines.
The wine is named after the Tomares Ballus butterfly, once native to the Var region, but nearly eradicated by the pesticides used in the 70’s and 80’s, now making a return due to organic practices.
This classic pale coloured rosé is made from Grenache and Cinsault, offering attractive floral red fruits on the nose and a nice depth of fruit on the palate too, a definite step up from the norm.
Les Jamelles, Cinsault Rosé, Hérault
Les Jamelles Cinsault rosé is celebrated for its fruit, freshness and candy notes. The grapes used to craft this Cinsault are sourced from three terroirs: those along the coastal region near Béziers, where the hot climate and proximity to the sea lend roundness and freshness, while the grapes from the Herault Valley’s mid-slope vineyards add richness, and finally those from the environs of Narbonne give opulence to the blend.
