ikigall 2023
Wine of a carefree character made from rigor, with a base of xarel.lo of very good quality, complemented with Malvasía de Sitges and Moscatel de Alejandría, with a fragrant and evocative nose and a dry palate. Notes of yellow Ordal peach, citrus (mandarine), orange blossom and fennel. In the mouth, Xarel.lo takes center stage, a true “rock star” from the Penedès area, aged for 4 months on fine lees. Citrus, fresh and saline, with an agile texture and great liveliness, Mediterranean herbs and the perfume of fennel appear in the retronasal. Ideal to enjoy with friends by the glass and with some snacks.
Inspired by the Japanese concept “Ikigai” “the reason to live”, this is a wine that we humbly believe is worth living.
La Caprichosa Verdejo Sabre Lias Rueda
With the name “La Caprichosa” we wanted to pay tribute to our most special vineyard, with a gravelly and low fertility soil, bush vine growing system and with more than thirty years old. The four-month aging on less has played a very important role in its careful elaboration, which allows us to achieve a wine of greater character, body and unctuousness.
Bright straw yellow colour, with green glints. Intense and complex aroma, with notes of ripe white fruit and mineral hints. Fresh and generous in mouth, with volume, mild and lingering.
Manar doc Seixas 2023
This wine is a tribute to the Galician origins of David Seijas. His last name comes from the term Seixas, which in Portuguese means brave pigeon. Its coat of arms is represented by 5 silver pigeons on green background. The Ribeiro area is full of hot springs or “burgas” that spring (manar in spanish) from the ground. This wine represents the Manar of the Seixas.
Palacio de Bornos Verdejo Fermentado Rueda en barrica
Located in Rueda, Palacio De Bornos was founded and began making wine in 1976, alongside the Appelation of Origin Rueda. The initial years were dedicated to consolidating the brand in the Castilla y Leon region, to later begin a rapid expansion both nationally and internationally.
Palacio de Bornos was the first winery in Spain´s Castilla y León region to produce a sparkling wine, in 1978. Since those early days they have sought to exploit the great potential of the Verdejo grape in a single variety wine, with its individual, unique character, to produce a very high quality traditional-method sparkling wine.
Palacio de Bornos boasts 308 hectares of their own vineyards, in the towns of Rueda, Pollos and La Seca, which is more than 30 years old.
The Palacio De Bornos Barrel Fermented Verdejo presents hues of deep yellows with greenish tones.
On the nose, Intense, clean aromas of great complexity, oak (smoky, vanilla) the fruit and a vegetal touch.
Excellent entry on the palate. Structured, velvety and lingering. A long finish with the aromatic complexity of the the nose coming through again.
Fermented and aged for four months in oak barrels.
Pairs well with Cheese, seafood, fish or grillled meat.
Serve at 12 to 15°C.

Roca del Crit 2021
On his daily trip to El Bulli, from Roses to Cala Montjoi, David Seijas drove through Cap de Creus National Park. He often stopped to contemplate some newly planted vineyards with fantastic views of the Bay of Roses. David had a dream: create his own wine. Years later that dream has come true with Roca del Crit.
