Bernard Remy, Blanc de Noirs, Champagne
Full-bodied and balanced, this wine will seduce you with the intense fruitiness on the palate, long-lasting and delicate.
A Champagne of character with a lively, intense nose, playing on the aromas of summer fruits: pear, quince, fruit preserves.
This fruitiness is long on the palate, a sign of the elegance and complexity of this cuvée.
The Blanc de Noirs will reveal all its aromas with a fillet of doe or a guinea fowl with mushrooms.

Cecile Paquet, Pinot Noir, 2022 Organic
The Cecile Paquet Bourgogne Pinot Noir has a lovely ruby hue in the glass. A rich nose with aromas of red fruits (cherry, raspberry) leads to a round palate with notes of licorice. Very complex, well-balanced and elegant Pinot Noir, typical from Burgundy.
Can be appreciated as an aperitif, but also goes well with grilled red meats, chicken, creamy risotto, and cheeses.
100% certified organic and practicing biodynamic Pinot Noir. The grapes are exclusively hand-picked into 15kg baskets and subjected to rigorous selection right in the vineyard and in the cellar. After this comes 9 days of maceration. The wine is neither fined nor filtered.
Domaine Bersan, Côtes d’Auxerre, Pinot-Noir, Chablisien 2022
Our estate is situated in Saint-Bris in northern Burgundy. It is composed of a modern winery and of vaulted cellars dating from the XIth and XIIth centuries located in the very heart of the village.
Our vineyard is managed and our wines are matured as naturally as possible in order to preserve and reveal under the best conditions the terroirs of Saint-Bris, Chablis and Irancy.
Our Bourgogne Côtes d' Auxerre Pinot Noir, grown on the kimmeridgian limestone slopes of Saint-Bris is appreciated for its aromas of red fruits (notes of the local cherries) combined with its very supple tannins.
Red wine Reuilly Rouge “Les Demoiselles”, 2022, France
Carmine colour with pretty ocre reflections. A complex nose with notes of morello cherries and cherry pits, followed by fresh and spicy red fruit aromas. Although it leaves a global impression of freshness in the mouth, this wine is far from. lacking roundness. In addition to the red fruit, the mouthfeel reveals spicy notes and an enjoyable peppery touch in particular. In the end, a salivating final that feels like bloody orange. 2022 reconnects with the 2018/2019/2020 serial of solar, warm and early vintages. Budburst and vine growth start as of mid-April, thus avoiding the cold frosts of the beginning of the month (phew!!). Flowering follows up very quickly end of May, after a first heatwave (our team begins bow tying at 6am!!). Several heatwaves succeed one another, interrupted by rainy storms (fortunately, we’ll avoid those nasty hailstones…). Mildew is well managed this year and the regular rainfalls avoid drought and allow us to get a good harvest. The vendanges are in a hurry again, on September 1st, we start picking the well-ripened grapes of Pinot and Sauvignon.
