Camille Braun, Gewurztraminer, Alsace
The Braun Family has been established in Alsace since 1593. Since then, generations of wine-growers have succeeded
each other from father to son.
In 1960, Camille Braun decides to take over the establishment, ran till then in polyculture. He makes the decision to focus
his activity on vine-growing and starts to sell his wine. He develops the winery with his wife, Marguerite,
and transforms its 2,5 hectares into 8 hectares in 1987.
The same year, they are joined by their son, Christophe, who will gradually take the head of the company.
The winery now holds 15 hectares of vines. A delicate wine with beautiful freshness, aromas of exotic fruits. On the palate the wine is fresh, with a beautiful structure.
Camille Braun, Riesling Bollenberg 2022
The calcareous terroir gives this airy Riesling depth, finesse and elegance .
Floral aroma with notes of citrus fruits . Delicately mineral on the nose , light on the palate, with a lovely spicy finish .
Compliance with organic and biodynamic Demeter viticulture , temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts, aging on the fine lees until bottling.
Goes well with grilled fish or white meat . Also perfect with raw vegetables or goat's cheese .
Castano Coleccion Chardonnay Barrica
Straw yellow color with golden highlights. Clean and shiny. In the nose it's fruity, with citrus and tropical hints such as orange zest, pineapple and mango peel. Pronounced intensity. On the palate it's fresh, unctuous, combines fruity notes with subtle notes coming from its malolactic conversion and aging in barrels (fresh butter, baking notes, vanilla and cinnamon nuances).
6 months in new French oak barrels of 500L. Batonnage realized during its time in the barrel.
Castano GSM, 2022
Intense clean red colour. Rich ripe red fruit aromas and sweet bakery notes. On the palate, it shows outstanding fruit notes (rich ripe plum, blackberries and liquorice). Soft and delicate but with a good structure and sweet tannins. Long elegant aftertaste. Vintage in image may vary. Refer to wine facts for current vintage.
Castano Vertis Organic
Castano Vertis is a really successful organic red wine from Spain. The cuvee, which consists of 50% Garnacha, 20% Syrah and 20% Merlot and 10% Monastrell, impresses with a great intense taste and great aromas of blueberries, hibiscus, ripe raspberries and orange peel. On the palate, the Castano Vertis is velvety soft and refreshing but with plump, juicy fruit. An irresistible red wine that goes very well with dishes such as tapas, grilled meat, roast vegetables and paella.
Cava LA MITICA ECO Brut Reserva

has led us to create this refreshing cava of
Mediterranean palate. La Mítica is a cava full of
character, unforgettable and brave, just like her.
Cava MASIA SALAT Brut ECO
This is a range of organic cavas made by the traditional method, with second fermentation in the bottle. Minimum rest of 14 months on its fine lees. We cultivate our vineyards only with natural organic fertilizer, without herbicides, insecticides or any other chemical element. The result of these practices is a line of very honest and expressive cavas. We use native grape varieties; Macabeo, Xarel • lo and Parellada.
Cava SELECTA Brut
Our state is located in the Penedès region, the most important viticultural area
in Catalonia. The climate here is typical Mediterranean with warm summers and mild winters
besides a lot of sunshine exposure which ensures optimal veraison of the grapes. The annual
average rainfall is 525 mm (around 30 days per year). The result is a real paradise for
grape-growing, where we cultivate native grape varieties to produce high quality sparkling wines.

Cecile Paquet, Pinot Noir, 2022 Organic
The Cecile Paquet Bourgogne Pinot Noir has a lovely ruby hue in the glass. A rich nose with aromas of red fruits (cherry, raspberry) leads to a round palate with notes of licorice. Very complex, well-balanced and elegant Pinot Noir, typical from Burgundy.
Can be appreciated as an aperitif, but also goes well with grilled red meats, chicken, creamy risotto, and cheeses.
100% certified organic and practicing biodynamic Pinot Noir. The grapes are exclusively hand-picked into 15kg baskets and subjected to rigorous selection right in the vineyard and in the cellar. After this comes 9 days of maceration. The wine is neither fined nor filtered.
Chateau Aspras, Les Trois Frères, Côtes de Provence (AOP) 2022
Côtes de Provence AOP (Protected Designation of Origin) - Organic
Clear and brilliant color, a very pale pink tinged with raspberry reflections.
This complex and expressive rosé reveals a palette of varied aromas such as small red fruits, white peach or even bergamot enhanced with a floral note enveloping the whole.
In the mouth, the first sensation is ample and fleshy, then the mid-palate becomes fresher, giving way to a beautiful acidic tension which makes this rosé harmonious and elegant.
