Description
Our estate is situated in Saint-Bris in northern Burgundy. It is composed of a modern winery and of vaulted cellars dating from the XIth and XIIth centuries located in the very heart of the village.
Our vineyard is managed and our wines are matured as naturally as possible in order to preserve and reveal under the best conditions the terroirs of Saint-Bris, Chablis and Irancy.
Our Bourgogne Côtes d’ Auxerre Pinot Noir, grown on the kimmeridgian limestone slopes of Saint-Bris is appreciated for its aromas of red fruits (notes of the local cherries) combined with its very supple tannins.
