Intense clean red colour. Rich ripe red fruit aromas and sweet bakery notes. On the palate, it shows outstanding fruit notes (rich ripe plum, blackberries and liquorice). Wine of a carefree character made from rigor, with a base of xarel.lo of very good quality, complemented with Malvasía de Sitges and Moscatel de Alejandría, with a fragrant and evocative nose and a dry palate. Notes of yellow Ordal peach, citrus (mandarine), orange blossom and fennel. In the mouth, Xarel.lo takes center stage, a true “rock star” from the Penedès area, aged for 4 months on fine lees. Citrus, fresh and saline, with an agile texture and great liveliness, Mediterranean herbs and the perfume of fennel appear in the retronasal. Ideal to enjoy with friends by the glass and with some snacks.
Inspired by the Japanese concept “Ikigai” “the reason to live”, this is a wine that we humbly believe is worth living.
